1. Mandatory ID Verification

Biometric verification requirements for agency owners

All agency owners/representatives must complete and maintain the following verification requirements:

Government-Issued ID: Valid passport, national ID card, or driving licence must be verified upon registration and re-verified if the document expires.
Face ID Login (Mandatory): Agency dashboard access requires Face ID verification for every login session. This ensures only the verified agency owner can manage the agency account.
Liveness Detection: All Face ID checks include liveness detection to prevent photo/video spoofing attempts.
Deepfake Detection: AI-powered deepfake detection is employed to prevent synthetic media fraud.
Session Logging: All Face ID login sessions are logged with timestamps, match scores, and verification results for audit purposes.

Attempts to bypass Face ID verification, use another person's identity, or employ synthetic media will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Health Certificate Renewal

Age-based health counselling requirements

In accordance with German ProstSchG (Prostitution Protection Act) and equivalent EU regulations, agency representatives must maintain valid health certificates:

Under 21 Years Old

Mandatory health counselling every 6 months

21 Years or Older

Mandatory health counselling every 12 months

Automated Reminder System

Reminders are sent at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day(s) before expiration
Notifications are sent via email, push notification, and dashboard alerts
You may configure your preferred notification channels and timing
Expired health certificates will result in automatic profile deactivation until renewed

3. Business License Verification

Trade office registration and automated registry checks

All agencies must maintain valid business registration with the appropriate trade office (Gewerbeamt in Germany, KVK in Netherlands, Companies House in UK, etc.).

Initial Verification

Upload your business license/trade registration document
Provide your official business registration number
Our system will verify your registration against official government registries

Automated Periodic Checks

Default Interval: Your business registration is automatically verified against official registries every 30 days (configurable to monthly or quarterly).
Verification Process: We check that your business is still active, properly registered, and in good standing with the relevant trade office.
Failed Checks:If a registry check fails or returns "inactive" or "dissolved" status, your agency will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
Manual Verification: You may request a manual verification check at any time from your compliance dashboard.

All registry verification results are logged with timestamps, response data, and next scheduled check dates for complete audit trail compliance.

4. Expiration Warning System

Configurable alerts and notifications

Our platform provides comprehensive expiration warnings for all compliance documents:

Dashboard Alerts

Prominent alerts displayed when any document is within 30 days of expiration
Critical warnings for documents within 7 days of expiration
Expired document indicators with action buttons for immediate renewal

Notification Channels

Email: Detailed reminders with document status and renewal instructions
Push Notifications: Mobile alerts for time-sensitive reminders
Dashboard: Persistent alerts until acknowledged or resolved

Configurable Settings

Choose warning intervals: 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days before expiry
Enable or disable individual notification channels
Set reminder frequency (daily, weekly, or per-event)

5. Role and Responsibility Disclosure

Agency obligations and accountability

As an agency registered on Sassy, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

Document Maintenance: You are solely responsible for keeping all licenses, health certificates, and registration documents up-to-date and valid at all times.
Timely Renewal: You must renew expiring documents before their expiration date. Reminder notifications are provided as a courtesy but do not transfer responsibility.
Accurate Information: All submitted documents and information must be accurate, authentic, and legally obtained. Falsification will result in permanent ban and legal action.
Seller Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring all sellers operating under your agency also maintain their individual compliance requirements.
Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding adult services and business operations.
Audit Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with any compliance audits or verification requests from platform administrators or legal authorities.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to maintain compliance may result in: profile deactivation, agency suspension, removal from the platform, forfeiture of pending earnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Audit and Log Records

Compliance tracking and record retention

We maintain comprehensive audit logs of all compliance-related activities for legal and regulatory purposes:

Logged Events

ID verification attempts and results (with timestamps and match scores)
Face ID login sessions (success, failure, liveness/deepfake check results)
Health certificate uploads and expiration dates
Business license uploads and registry verification results
Reminder notifications sent (type, channel, timestamp)
Compliance status changes (compliant, non-compliant, suspended)
Terms acceptance and acknowledgment timestamps

Record Retention

Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure
Logs may be provided to legal authorities upon valid legal request
You may request a copy of your audit log from your compliance dashboard

7. State-Specific Compliance Checks

Regional requirements by federal state

Different German federal states (Bundesländer) may have additional requirements beyond federal law. Our system automatically identifies and tracks state-specific obligations:

Automatic Detection

When you select your operating state, we check for additional local requirements
Some states may require additional operating licenses or permits
Certain municipalities may have specific zoning or registration requirements

Supported Regions

Germany: All 16 federal states with Gewerbeamt integration
Netherlands: KVK (Chamber of Commerce) verification
Austria: Gewerbebehörde integration
Switzerland: Cantonal commercial registry checks

By operating an agency on Sassy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Agency Compliance Terms document.

All information and documents you provide are accurate and authentic
You will maintain compliance with all requirements at all times
You accept full responsibility for your agency's compliance status
You understand the consequences of non-compliance
