Refund & Cancellation Policy

SASS-Y handles financial transactions for physical companionship bookings and digital content subscriptions. This policy outlines when refunds are issued, cancellation rules, and chargeback dispute procedures.
1. Digital Media & Subscriptions (Non-Refundable)
SASS-Y offers access to premium, subscription-based digital media and pay-per-view (PPV) content. Because digital delivery is instantaneous upon confirmation of checkout:
- No Refunds: All payments for active subscriptions, monthly media tiers, and PPV unlocks are strictly **non-refundable** once access to the digital assets has been granted or rendered in the DOM.
- Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription to a superstar's media tier at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (e.g. monthly, quarterly, or annual period), and no further charges will be billed.
2. Companionship Booking Cancellations & Escrow
Payments for bookings are held in secure escrow. Cancellation and refund rules depend on the timing of the request relative to the scheduled appointment:
- More than 24 hours notice: If a buyer cancels a booking request or confirmed schedule more than 24 hours prior to the start time, a **100% refund** of the escrow amount is returned to the buyer's payment method.
- Less than 24 hours notice: If a buyer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the booking is subject to a **50% cancellation fee** paid directly to the superstar to compensate for lost scheduling availability, with the remaining 50% refunded.
- Within 2 hours or No-Show: Cancellations made within 2 hours of start time or user no-shows are **100% non-refundable**, and the full escrow is released to the Superstar.
- Superstar Cancellations: If the Superstar cancels the booking at any time, the buyer is immediately refunded **100%** of the hold amount.
3. Chargebacks & Dispute Mediation
We take statement clarity very seriously (charges appear as **CCBILL*SASSY**). Before filing a dispute with your bank, you must contact our billing support at support@sass-y.com to resolve any issues.
- Mediation: Our team will review payment records, user communications, safety check-in logs, and verification data to arbitrate dispute claims fairly between buyers and superstars.
- Fraudulent Disputes: Filing a chargeback or dispute for services that were successfully delivered is treated as billing fraud. It will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and reporting to credit agencies.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria above:
- Locate the transaction ID in your account settings or statement confirmation.
- Submit a request through our Support Form under the **"Billing & Payouts"** category.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the cancellation or error.
Refund requests are processed by our compliance team in Frankfurt within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
