This policy outlines the standards of behavior expected from all users of SASS-Y. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.
Our Community Standards
SASS-Y is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. These guidelines apply to all interactions on our platform, including profiles, messages, bookings, and uploaded content.
Zero Tolerance Violations
The following activities result in immediate and permanent account termination:
Prohibited Content & Behavior
Harassment & Abuse
- Bullying, intimidation, or targeted harassment
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Discriminatory refusal of service based on protected characteristics
- Stalking or unwanted repeated contact after being asked to stop
- Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery
Fraud & Deception
- Fake profiles or misrepresentation of identity
- Scams, phishing, or financial fraud
- Advertising services you cannot or do not intend to provide
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Using stolen payment methods
- Circumventing platform payments
Platform Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Automating actions without authorization (bots, scrapers)
- Attempting to hack or exploit platform vulnerabilities
- Interfering with other users' use of the platform
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
Illegal Activities
- Services involving controlled substances
- Money laundering or financial crimes
- Weapons trafficking
- Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction
Expected Behavior
Content Guidelines
Profile Content
- Must accurately represent yourself
- Photos must be of you (no stock images or impersonation)
- Must be 18+ to appear in any content
- No watermarks from competing platforms
Media Content
- Must have rights to all content you upload
- Must have consent from anyone appearing in photos/videos
- No content depicting illegal activities
- Appropriate content warnings for explicit material
Enforcement
Violation Tiers
First-time minor violations: Educational notice sent, content may be removed.
Repeated or moderate violations: 7-30 day account suspension, features restricted.
Severe or repeated violations: Account permanently terminated, funds forfeited.
Appeals Process
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days to appeals@sassy.com. Include your account information and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days.
Reporting Violations
Help us maintain community safety by reporting violations:
- In-app: Use the report button on profiles, messages, or content
- Email: safety@sassy.com
- Emergency: For immediate danger, contact local authorities first
All reports are investigated confidentially. We do not disclose reporter identities to reported users.
Updates
We may update this policy to address new issues or improve clarity. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
