Effective Date: June 5, 2026 | SASS-Y Compliance Operations

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using SASS-Y, you agree to be bound by these rules. If you do not agree, you must immediately close your account and leave the platform.

1. Acceptance & Contract Partner

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SASS-Y Compliance Operations (operating out of Frankfurt, Germany). By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility Requirements (18+ Verification)

To create an account and access SASS-Y, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (strict entry threshold).
Complete the required identity and age verification (including government ID and face liveness validation) prior to unlocking premium profile views or requesting/providing services.
Ensure that all information submitted during verification and onboarding is entirely truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.

Age Gating & Compliance Enforcement

We employ strict technical controls to prevent underage access. Attempting to circumvent verification, using fake documentation, or sharing credentials with an underage individual will result in an immediate lifetime ban and potential referral to regulatory authorities.

3. Superstar Independence (§180a StGB & ProstSchG)

SASS-Y is a technological marketplace and safety infrastructure provider. It is NOT an agency, employer, or manager. Service Providers ("Superstars") operate as fully independent contract professionals:

Pricing Autonomy: Superstars retain absolute freedom to set, modify, and define their own booking hourly rates, subscription pricing, services matrix, and scheduling preferences. This ensures full compliance with German Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG) standards and self-governance guidelines.
Right of Refusal: Superstars are never required to accept any booking or communication and hold the absolute right to cancel or reject any transaction.
Compliance: Superstars are responsible for registering their operations with their local authorities, paying their own tax obligations, and securing any required licensing.

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing Descriptors

Our platform facilitates bookings, subscription tier purchases, and digital media transactions. Platform fees are deducted from superstar payouts as stated in the registration agreement.

Billing Descriptor Disclosure

To guarantee clarity and prevent transaction confusion, please note that all platform transactions, subscription purchases, and digital booking holds will appear on your bank statements under the descriptor:

CCBILL*SASSY

Attempting to bypass platform payments or coordinate off-platform transactions to circumvent fees is strictly prohibited and violates these terms, resulting in immediate termination.

5. Content Security & DRM

All digital content uploaded to SASS-Y (including photos, video uploads, and previews) is protected by advanced Digital Rights Management (DRM) mechanisms:

Forensic Watermarking: Media is embedded with invisible, tracing metadata identifiers linked directly to the viewing user's session.
Screenshot Protection: Screenshot and recording blocking code runs dynamically on supported browsers.
Forbidden Distribution: Saving, reproducing, or sharing DRM-protected content outside the platform is an actionable violation. SASS-Y supports superstars in prosecuting leak copyright violations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The platform operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

Zero Tolerance Human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual acts.

Zero Tolerance CSAM or any underage content or involvement.

Zero Tolerance Harassment, physical threats, stalking, or safety bypass.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service, along with any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes resulting from this agreement is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, provided you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or have no permanent residency in Germany.
